• Your computer will need to have a network card and current operating system.
• A Standard Installation is on a building up to two levels at street front with unhindered roof access, where the satellite dish has an unobstructed view to the satellite and the maximum cable length from the dish to the nominated room is 30 Metres.
• Non-standard installations, such as pole or ground mounting and difficult conditions, are available by prior agreement.
• Ownership of the satellite hardware automatically passes to you 30 days after installation at your premises.
• Customers NOT eligible for an Australian Broadband Guarantee Satellite need to purchase a satellite dish.  Prices vary depending on the size required, however for most locations the equipment would be no more than $2,899.

• You will be notified by email when your balance is $5 or lower, and outgoing calls will stop when your balance reaches zero.
• SkyMesh Voice is a Premium Quality VoIP Service with all outgoing calls made via Premium Providers.
• Calls on the SkyMesh network are “On-Net”, they do not travel on the Internet.

• Phone calls use up your monthly data allowance at a rate of around 17 megabytes per hour of talk time.
• SkyMesh Satellite Voice will not work at all if you’re speed limited.

Setup & Hardware Notes:

• A Linksys SPA3102 Analogue Telephone Adaptor (ATA) is required in order to use SkyMesh Satellite Voice.
• Other VoIP devices may work but are not supported by SkyMesh.
• SkyMesh supplied ATAs are pre-configured with your local telephone number and sent to you via Express Post.
• The service is provided on a self-install basis and you will need to plug in the hardware yourself. An installer will not visit you.
