Timed Calls: Call rates are advertised per minute and are billed by the
second. Flag fall and a one minute minimum charge applies to each timed call. (National, International and calls
to mobiles).
Capped Calls: Capped Call rates apply to the timed component only and are not inclusive of Flag Fall fees. For example, a 30 minute call to the USA would cost $2.00 (Capped Rate) + $0.30 (Flag Fall) which would then be billed at $2.30.
Please note: Calls to International destinations are
not barred by default. If you wish for International calls to be barred,
please call SkyMesh on 1300 759 637 to request a bar be put in place. Calls to 190 Premium services are not
available. International preselection override codes other than 0011 (for example 0015, 0018 and 0019) are charged at
higher call rates.
Switch to SkyMesh Phone:
SkyMesh Phone is available to all new and existing broadband customers. If you are already a SkyMesh broadband
customer, you can transfer your landline phone service to us now through
My SkyMesh.
New customers can register for a SkyMesh Phone service by calling 1300 759 637.
Things you should know:
- At this time, SkyMesh cannot offer Priority Assistance: a service for people with a diagnosed
life threatening condition. SkyMesh therefore recommends that customers in need of Priority
Assistance take this into consideration before proceeding with an application. This service is not
recommended for people requiring Priority Assistance services.
- Transferring your landline phone service to SkyMesh will remove any benefits or discounts you may gain from your
current service provider through bundling of other services. Examples may include bundling of your mobile,
Pay TV or other services.
- Any existing additional products you currently have on your phone service will also be automatically
transferred over and may have different charges than your previous providers'. For example, Messagebank and
Calling Number Display are additional charged products and are not offered for free as part of any
SkyMesh Phone plan.
- We regret we’re not able to offer Pensioner Discounts as our wholesaler doesn’t pass them through to us.
